- I consent to participate in this pilot study, the details of which have been explained to me, and I have been provided with a Participant Information statement.
- I understand that this project aims for researchers to pilot an online professional development resource to support teachers’ wellbeing in the context of climate change and enhance their role as climate change educators.
- I acknowledge that the possible effects of participating in this research project have been explained to my satisfaction.
- In this project, I will be required to answer demographic questions on this form, and optionally complete online modules, surveys, activities, and/or participate in webinars, depending on my preference.
- I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw from this project at any time without explanation or prejudice and to withdraw any unprocessed data provided until the analysis is complete.
- I understand that the data from this research will be stored at the University of Melbourne for 10 years and that the data may be used on future projects led by members of our team that are related to people’s experiences of navigating eco-distress, as well as climate and sustainability education.
- I understand that if I participate in group activities through this pilot, my identity may be evident to other participants. I have been informed that the confidentiality of the information I provide will be safeguarded subject to legal requirements unless I make specific written arrangements otherwise.
- I understand that the researchers will retain any data I provide in a secure digital location.
